I am a 45 year-old mama of 2 boys Max + Jojo. I have been adventuring through life with my handsome hubby Lukas for over 25 years and we have built a beautiful life in Vancouver, BC. I work out of a charming studio and provide health & beauty services, a dream of mine since before I can even recall!

I have always enjoyed gleaning from other women, their advice and suggestions so I decided to create an easy to navigate site filled with some of my personal favorite products. Everything from body positive fashion, tried and tested supplements, clean beauty products and resources for emotional and spiritual growth! They all promote wellness for your mind, body & soul! I also handcraft my own skincare products and you can grab any of them in THE TOOLBOX and have them shipped right to your door!
